Hung Phan requested to merge devOpsconfig into dev

split into 2 deploy options into the server. accept pattern:

  • frontend: port 8xxx (staging), port 9xxx (production)
  • backend: port 4xxx (staging), port 5xxx (production)
  • database: port 27xxx (staging), port 28xxx (production)
